매우 드물어요.

이동네가 큰병원만 4-5개가 있어요.

고수익 직종이 다수 자리잡고 있죠.
따라서 이런 직종을 가지고 있는
Young professional들에게 렌트주기가
매우 유용합니다. 🙂
전매도 수월하고요.
총 55층 건물로 예상하고 있고요,
건물 구조로 봤을때
유닛수가 상당히 많을 것으로 예상됩니다.
건물 위치상
저층은 뷰가 거의 없을거에요.
남쪽으로 있는 코너 건물은
미래에 확실히 개발될겁니다.
저 위치에 저렇게 저층 건물은
알맞지 않습니다.
따라서 남향은 어느정도 막힌다고 생각하셔야되요.
대신 북향이 저 20층 건물 위로
뷰가 게런티 된다고 해도 과언이 아닐것 같네요.
다들 아시죠?
제가 잴 좋아하는게 Guaranteed View 라는 점.
아직 토론토 개발자들이
가격 산정할때 잘 생각하지 않는 부분
View Premium!
제 의견으로 뷰가 보장되면
가격 훨씬 세게 받아야되요.
